The smoking and drying process is one of the oldest known food preserving methods. Nowadays we transform the traditional method of processing in the open area to most hygienic process using high technology smoking oven. We are committed to ensure that our products are hygienic, safe and of the highest quality through the implementation of MS 1480 : 2007 (HACCP certification number H714988 ).
The smoking process gives our products a nice golden shine and delicate smoky flavour. The same quality for our dried fish products. The type of wood and the quality of wood chips has a large influence on the smoke flavour. Hence we have selected the best wood chips to ensure a natural quality flavour for our products.
